$Rising sun on tree roots, near Two Medicine Lake. <br /> <br /> Sometimes beauty and wonder lie in the finer details. While waiting for the sun to come up, I saw the fine, almost fractal, branching and re-branching in the roots of a fallen tree on the shore of Two Medicine lake. I captured this almost-silhouette because I enjoyed the way the rising sun was beginning to glow golden on the abstract pattern of the finer roots.$
